Get a measurement of the booth that the photographer will be using to display the photos. Also, determine the ability to have lighting in the booth: Some fairs or displays offer electrical outlets, and at others you may be required to provide your own source or use battery-operated lighting.
2Gather all of the photos that are intended for showcase within the photographer's booth. Organize the photos by size or by category (such as still life, portraits or pets). This will give you a better look at the available setups you have.
3Write a list of the sizes of each photograph that you are displaying and using as decorations in the booth to determine the need for any frames you might want.
4Pick a color scheme for the photographer's booth based on the type of photography being displayed as well as the artist's own personality and preferences. For black-and-white photography, sticking with a black, white and gray theme will allow the theme to blend. To create a vibrant, attractive booth that highlights wildlife and nature photos, use bright colors such as electric blue, green and yellow.
5Create signs, using a graphic design program such as Paint.NET or Adobe Photoshop, or by using craft supplies such as markers, stencils, stickers and other scrapbook accessories. Purchase vertical sign display holders at a local office or craft supply store. This will allow you to share information on the photographer and the photographer's work with people passing by the booth.
6Plan the layout of displaying the photos within the booth, whether you are hanging them or placing them in frames or vertical displays. This will help when purchasing and setting up lighting fixtures to ensure that the photos are displayed properly and vibrantly.
